We use a simple program called Survey Monkey to ask some pertinent questions about the study and see if you qualify. Should you qualify after completing the quick survey, one of our recruiters will contact you to verify your contact information and schedule you for the interview or focus group which will likely be held via video conferencing.

After your participation is confirmed as completed, you will receive your incentive.
